Acrylic and oil on wood panel 7′x 2′.

Begun in the mid 1990s, the Icon Series paintings are of women on wood panels 7′ x 2′. Each panel shows an image of one figure, larger than life, and some were inspired by Greek and Roman mythological women.

Some were not.

Usually motionless and unemotional. Not always.
